For brides we offer appointments slots of 90 minutes for the first appointment and 60 minutes if a second appointment is needed.

For prom we offer 1 hour appointment slots per customer.

For gowns to buy off the rail. A half price deposit can be placed to hold your gown with a the option to pay the remainder within 3 months for wedding gowns.

For prom gowns deposit varies with the balance to be paid within 60 days of leaving a deposit.

For gowns to order for bridal or prom a half price deposit is paid to place the order and the remainder just before the gown is shipped from the designer

Bridal gowns can take anywhere from 5 months to 7 months to arrive. We have lots of quick ship options and various stock levels on certain gowns and lots to take away on the day

Prom gowns can be bought off the rail or ordered in. Some gowns if in stock will arrive within 7 days others will take up to 16 weeks to arrive
